Part time front desk receptionist/legal assistant
Ongaro PC is seeking a part time, friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist/ Overflow Legal Assistant to support our fast-paced trial team. Approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Routine administrative functions such as greeting clients, handling telephone calls, organizing conference rooms, overflow word processing, processing incoming and out-going mail
- Ordering medical records, filing documents (both electronically and some hard copies), organizing office library
- Assisting with discovery projects including bates-stamping documents for large productions, making trial team binders, and assisting with trial preparation
Minimum requirements include:
- Must have very strong communication and organization skills
- Must be motivated and able to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced office
- Must work well under pressure
- Must have flexible schedule
- Must know MS Word, Excel and Outlook, including being able to format pleadings and briefs in MS Word without assistance including running of tables and creation of tables of contents
This is a part-time position. Legal experience preferred but not required. Starting salary is dependent on experience. Apply
