David grew up in Toronto, Ontario before attending law school in San Diego, David earned a bachelor’s degree from Ottawa University having majored in Political Science. In 2005, David later earned an MBA (Accounting) from Niagara University, New York. Prior to becoming an attorney, David worked in the banking industry for 14 years.
While in law school, David was a Teaching Assistant for Contract Law and was a contributing editor for “Contracts: A Modern Coursebook”.
David became licensed in Missouri in 2018 and opened a law firm with focus on real estate and lemon law. David grew the firm and eventually sold his interest to his partner. David became licensed in California in 2025 and began representing clients in real estate and in lemon law matters in Southern California. Today, David is a member of Ongaro PC’s Warranty Defense Group.
