Eleonora Comaschi is a California-licensed attorney practicing civil litigation with experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides. She earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School’s accelerated two-year SCALE program, concentrating on Civil Litigation and Trial Advocacy. She graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. in English and Journalism and was inducted into the Sigma Tau Delta and Alpha Sigma Nu honor societies.
Eleonora began her legal career after earning her paralegal certificate through Loyola Marymount University and developing a strong foundation in litigation support, discovery, filings, case management, and client communication. She later worked in lemon law defense at SJL Law LLP, served as a post-bar clerk on the plaintiff side with Prestige Legal Solutions handling lemon law matters, and has since returned to defense practice with Ongaro PC.
Her litigation experience encompasses all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and complex court filings across a broad range of matters, including employment law, medical malpractice, personal injury, and lemon law. During law school, she served as a Certified Law Clerk with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, Major Crimes Division, and worked at Blair & Ramirez, LLP, where she further developed her skills in legal research, evidence analysis, motion practice, and trial preparation.
