John “Jack” Rafter is an Associate Attorney at Ongaro PC where he focuses his practice on defending automobile manufacturers in warranty litigation. Prior to joining Ongaro PC, Jack focused his practice on complex civil litigation matters, Americans with Disability Act Defense, Personal Injury, and Employment Law.
Jack is a board member of the Riverside County Bar Association Barristers, where he assists in creating community with young lawyers and encouraging participation in the Riverside legal community. He received his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law in 2018. While in law school he was a member of the winning 2018 Western States College of Law’s Negotiations Competition Team. Jack also worked as a research assistant for Professor Traci Porter focusing on business and economic issues. Jack received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from California State Polytechnic University Pomona.
