
Peter has been with the firm in the asbestos group since November 2012. He been an integral member of six trial teams participating in trial strategy from complaint to verdict. Peter assisted in the development of an alternative exposure theory from an Cairo, Egypt cement factory as a source of crocidolite asbestos. This defense strategy achieved a defense verdict where plaintiffs’ counsel sought $95 Million in damages. He has conducted myriad plaintiff, product identification, expert and credibility witness depositions over ten years. His investigations have resulted in significantly reducing demands and resolving cases on favorable terms for clients.
