Sean Galvin represents employers in complex employment litigation throughout California, including single-plaintiff lawsuits, class actions, and PAGA claims involving wage and hour violations, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. He also advises clients on compliance strategies under California and federal employment laws.
Prior to joining the firm, Sean served as in-house counsel at a global medical device manufacturer, where he advised on employment matters and helped lead internal legal responses to emerging AI and data privacy issues. He began his career in commercial litigation at a leading international law firm.
Sean earned his J.D. from NYU School of Law and holds a dual B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Portland. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and remains active in efforts to modernize the delivery of legal services through responsible AI adoption.
