Simran currently focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation. She has experience handling matters from initial case development and case strategy until resolution. Prior to joining Ongaro PC, Simran gained experience litigating a range of practice areas, from premise liability, landlord tenant concerns, and construction defect.
Simran obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings, College of Law where she was an active member of various student organizations.
