Clayton is a Partner at Ongaro PC and his practice focuses on the representation of major automotive manufacturers and dealerships in litigation involving the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and related claims.

Clayton has significant civil litigation experience representing clients in both state and federal courts. His practice has focused on complex litigation. His experience includes the following types of cases: construction defect, Government Code § 4216, habitability, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, transportation, and veterinary malpractice.

Clayton was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2009. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating with distinction in 2009. He served as a Comment Staff Writer for the Pacific McGeorge Global Business and Development Law Journal. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management Systems from the Missouri University of Science & Technology, graduating cum laude in 2006.
