For more than two decades, Kirsten McNelly Bibbes has defended clients in some of the most difficult jurisdictions in the country including Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Alameda Counties. Licensed in California and Michigan, Kirsten leads the firm’s toxic tort and product liability team, litigating in a wide range of areas. In addition to her products work, Kirsten’s employment practice includes litigating single and multi-plaintiff class and PAGA actions, and counseling clients on employment related matters.
Kirsten obtained her undergraduate and law degrees from Brigham Young University. She is actively involved in pro bono matters, having volunteered her legal services to various non-profits benefiting disadvantaged children, including handling the adoption of Somali orphans and assisting immigrant children at risk of deportation.
